Digital Nasional Berhad (“DNB”) was granted a Network Facilities Provider (Individual) Licence and a Network Service Provider (Individual) Licence (collectively referred to as “Licences”) by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (“MCMC”) to undertake a rollout of the 5G network and provide 5G related services.
The Reference Access Offer (“RAO”) is published on this website upon MCMC’s approval, pursuant to subsection 5.3.4. of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No. 3 of 2016.

Interested Access Seeker
Any interested Access Seeker as defined in the RAO may contact DNB to enquire about 5G products and services. Subsequently, the Access Seeker is required to submit an Access Request Application Form to commercial@digital-nasional.com.my to officially commence the process.
