In this ConsumerLab report, Ericsson gathers feedback from 130 million smartphone users from 16 major cities across the world. By pooling consumers’ opinions and habits, this data can be used to build a more satisfactory commute in the increasingly digital and connected world of tomorrow. Interest in services that reduce stress, enhance safety, and ensure sustainability are just some of the key factors highlighted by commuters in this study.
