What constitutes as Whistleblowing in DNB
It is an act of voluntary disclosure / reporting to the Management of any improper conduct (misconduct or criminal offence or malpractices) committed or about to be committed by an Employee of the Company for further action.
Any Employee (or group of Employees) of DIGITAL NASIONAL BERHAD (DNB) or members of the public including vendors, contractors or customers who makes a disclosure against an Employee of the Company about an actual, suspected or anticipated improper conduct within the company.
This policy is to provide an avenue for all Employees of DNB and members of the public who have a business relationship with DNB to register their concerns or report any act or conduct that is in violation of DNB’s Code of Conduct and approved policies and procedures, actual or suspected misconduct, illegal or unethical behaviours, without fear of retaliation and unfair treatment. DNB will pursue all types of complaints which is related to business practices, breaches, non-compliance, or misconduct involving which includes:
The above list is not exhaustive and include(s) any act or omissions, which if proven, will constitute an act of omissions, misconduct under DNB' Code of Conduct or any criminal offence under relevant legislations in force.

The Whistleblower must ensure that the email is contactable and valid for further communication / clarification with the Integrity and Governance Unit.
The Whistleblowing Channel accepts any form of evidence provided by a whistleblower (e.g. pictures, videos, voice recording, etc).
Yes, a whistleblower may withdraw their complaint if they wish to do so.
No, it is not a requirement for a whistleblower to reveal their identity. A whistleblower can choose to remain anonymous during the investigation as long as they provide the necessary information relevant to the investigation.
