KUALA LUMPUR, 3 MARCH 2026 – Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) takes note of Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (TM) notice and public statements regarding its intent to terminate the 5G Wholesale Network Access Agreement with DNB (Access Agreement).

The Access Agreement is a long-term arrangement governing Access Seekers (in the case of TM, it is up to October 2032) and includes specific conditions governing early termination.
