Manager, Cybersecurity Compliance

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Act as the subject matter expert and focal point for Level 2 Cybersecurity Enhancement Controls, providing guidance, oversight, and challenge functions to control owners to ensure effective control implementation and operation.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of cybersecurity governance artefacts, including policies, standards, procedures, process documentation, and control matrices.

  • Conduct cybersecurity compliance assessments and control effectiveness reviews, identifying control gaps, compliance issues, emerging risks, and recommending corrective actions and improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret, and translate various operating system script execution results, system logs, and output data into meaningful insights to support information security compliance reviews, audit assessments, control validation, and assurance activities.

  • Coordinate and monitor remediation activities arising from audits, assessments, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely closure of findings and sustainable corrective actions.

  • Facilitate the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities, including ISO 27001 compliance, risk assessments, internal and external audits, and evidence management.

  • Maintain and periodically review the organisation’s cybersecurity control inventory, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance obligations.

  • Coordinate external audits, certification programmes, regulatory assessments, and third-party attestation exercises by preparing required documentation, managing evidence requests, and serving as the primary liaison with auditors and assessors.

  • Lead cybersecurity compliance and governance initiatives, including vendor due diligence and evaluation activities, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, cybersecurity assurance projects, and regulatory compliance programmes.

  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and audit stakeholders to strengthen cybersecurity governance practices, promote a culture of compliance, and support the organisation’s cybersecurity and regulatory objectives.

What we're looking for 

  • 8 - 10 years of working experience in the cybersecurity field, preferably with exposure to risk management, compliance, or security governance functions.

  • Practical experience in internal controls, audit processes, and remediation management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field with working and leadership experience in information security and cybersecurity field.

  • Certification (Preferred):  Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.

Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management

Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management

Key Accountabilities: 

Strategic Sourcing 

  • Responsible for managing the execution of sourcing projects based on the needs and demands of the business as approved by the relevant Tender Committees as per the Limit of Authority (LOA). Execution of sourcing projects covers end-to-end key tasks including identification of the vendor list, formulation of the sourcing strategy and tender process, establishing the evaluation criteria, preparation of tender documents, approval of sourcing strategy, negotiations to meet approved requirements, approval of the award, and contract execution. ​

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end sourcing process from identifying and shortlisting suppliers to negotiating and finalizing contracts.

  • Lead negotiations in the sourcing process and cost saving initiatives​.

  • Conduct market and supplier analysis to identify cost optimisation opportunities, minimize potential risks and identify gaps as well as mitigation plans.

  • Manage and resolve contract disputes (mainly the commercial value) together with the contract owner and relevant supporting team (eg. Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.)

  • Work closely with other divisions/departments to identify sourcing needs and develop jointly agreed sourcing plans and strategies.

  • Acts as the commercial lead to obtain internal approvals which entails presentation to decision makers on the justification for vendor selection, total cost of ownership of tender proposals, benchmarking information, and other relevant.

  • Ensure that all sourcing execution adheres to the LOA, Procurement Policy and Procedures.

Contract Management 

  • Responsible for ensuring that all key activities within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) are executed efficiently. This includes pre-contracting and early involvement to entitlements tracking, managing vendor performance, governance and escalation management, tracking contract variations and finally contract termination or closure. Work closely with various stakeholders like end users, legal, procurement buyer, finance, etc. Takes ownership of the assigned portfolio (vendors & contracts) and champions certain key initiatives and processes within the contract management function.

  • Support the development of contract management processes, procedures, and ensure business requirements are met.

  • Perform contract handover & briefings, facilitate business reviews with vendors, tracks action items, report and escalate if required.

  • Administer, track and report on 3rd party providers/suppliers’ contract obligations, facilitate and review claims, monitor and control contract amendments/change requests.

  • Review contracts performance, SLA baseline and validation; manage service credits and earn backs.

  • Maintain records of correspondence and documents in relation to established contracts and those in progress; resolve contract-related issues that may arise with other parties and internally within DNB.

  • Monitor, measure and analyse suppliers’ performance, including value delivered and provide regular updates to senior management on cost optimisation opportunities, performance level, potential risks and supplier development action plans.

  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to DNB Management and contract owners on the interpretation of their contracts, disputes and payment matters; provide contract input during the extension of contracts and/or future vendor selection.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract and vendor management, preferably in the Telecommunications or Technology industries.

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in commercial and contracting laws, including key contractual and commercial terms and conditions.

  • Experienced in negotiating and drafting telco/technology-based agreements and formal correspondences.

  • Has experience and knowledge in commercial and contracting best practices.

  • Experienced in engaging with and managing international/global vendors.

  • Has managed multiple key vendors and contracts across the contract lifecycle management from the initial stage of pre-contracting to contract expiry/closure including entitlement tracking, performance & escalation management, governance and contract compliance.

Qualification

Key Accountabilities: 

Cybersecurity Planning, Strategy and Governance 

  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking cybersecurity strategy aligned to DNB’s 5G license requirements. ​

  • Radio Interface Security Testing: Assessing vulnerabilities in the 5G Radio Access Network interface, including physical layer attacks, jamming, and authentication bypasses.

  • Core Network (5GC) Penetration Testing: Targeting service-based architecture (SBA) APIs, network function virtualization infrastructure (NFVI), and orchestration layers.

Cybersecurity Awareness/Training  

  • Champion Cyber Awareness Programs: Lead engaging, relevant cybersecurity awareness training for all staff, emphasizing phishing recognition, social engineering, and secure data practices specific to our engineering and planning functions.

  • Execute Realistic Phishing Simulations: Implement regular, targeted phishing drills to test employee vigilance. Provide immediate, actionable feedback and micro-training to reinforce learning for those who fall for simulations.

  • Ensure Robust Training Platform Maintenance: Oversee the selection and continuous maintenance of our cybersecurity training platform, ensuring it's updated with the latest threats, content, and secure infrastructure to support ongoing learning.

Leadership & Innovation 

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of cybersecurity strategists, architects, engineers, and cyber risk professionals.

  • Champion new ways of working including automation-first culture across all digital and network transformation initiatives.

Service Management

What we're looking for 

  • Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role covering strategy, architecture, and governance.

  • Deep understanding of telecommunications networks (especially 5G), OT/ICS security, cloud-native security, and threat intelligence.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language.

  • Proven experience in securing national critical infrastructure or large-scale, high-availability environments.

What we're looking for
