Relevant fields of study: Law, Communications, Public Policy, Data/Analytics or other relevant study

Strong analytical and research skills Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Assist in managing site infrastructure activities by supporting monitoring, documentation and coordination of site-related works and requirements. ​

Support liaison efforts with Network Facilities Providers by assisting in communications, follow-ups and coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution tracking and progress updates for site management initiatives.

Support vendor coordination by helping manage schedules, documentation and communications with appointed contractors.

Assist in coordinating with local authorities by supporting permit‑related processes, compliance requirements and stakeholder communications.

Relevant fields of study: Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Information IT, Data science or other relevant study

Support the planning and design of 5G fibre access networks, assisting the team to ensure designs align with standards and rollout requirements. ​

Assist in redesigning fibre connectivity for sites affected by relocations due to council requirements, land issues, or site constraints.

Help review and validate TSSR reports to ensure fibre routing information is accurate and properly documented.

Support future network planning activities, including coverage planning and cost analysis (e.g. fibre costs, maintenance, and related components).

Assist with fibre network monitoring and administrative support such as invoice verification and PR/PO processing with fibre providers.

Relevant fields of study: Telecommunication Engineering, Electric Engineering or other relevant study

Assist in general ledger (GL) management and basic accounting activities by supporting reconciliations, journal entries and financial data preparation ​

Support financial reporting processes by assisting in the preparation, verification and documentation of financial reports ​

Assist in using the Oracle ERP system and relevant finance modules by supporting data entry, report generation and system updates under supervision

Support accounting and ERP management activities by helping maintain data accuracy, system documentation and process improvements

Assist the Finance team with day‑to‑day operations by supporting ad‑hoc accounting tasks, coordination and administrative requirements
